A document leaked last week suggests that the US government was spying on the smartphones of various citizens. According to the Intercept site that had access to information, a report details how the National Security Agency, NSA, uses equipment to observe ordinary people and to solve minor crimes.
The devices, called "trackers phones", can be used to geographically locate a system, spy on calls and SMS messages and even copy information from notes, deleted messages and mobile media files.

How it works?

De acordo com o site Intercept que teve acesso às informações, um relatório detalha como a agência nacional de segurança, a NSA, usa equipamentos para observar pessoas comuns e até resolver pequenos crimes.

Os dispositivos, chamados de "rastreadores de telefones", podem ser usados para localizar geograficamente um aparelho, espionar ligações e mensagens SMS e até copiar informações de notas, mensagens apagadas e arquivos de mídia do celular.

Mas usar essas tecnologias para aplicar as leis nacionais levanta uma série de questões diferentes do contexto militar", explica Jennifer Lynch, advogada que tem travado uma batalha judicial contra o uso de dispositivos de vigilância de celulares nos Estados Unidos.

Como funciona?

Muitos dispositivos de espionagem operam imitando as torres de grandes operadoras. Quando um telefone se conecta à rede falsificada, ele transmite um código de identificação único que pode revelar a localização do aparelho.

O problema, segundo Lynch, é que a polícia está usando os equipamentos para vigiar pessoas comuns. "Eu não tenho conhecimento de qualquer caso em que uma agência de polícia tenha usado um rastreador para encontrar um terrorista. As autoridades policiais têm utilizado os rastreadores de celular para resolver até mesmo os crimes domésticos mais pequenos", conta. Para a advogada, essa utilização é injustificada e ilegal.

"Por esses equipamentos serem capazes de coletar tantas informações de pessoas inocentes, um simples mandado para a sua utilização não é suficiente. Os agentes da polícia devem ser obrigados a limitar a utilização do dispositivo a um curto e definido período de tempo. Os policiais também precisam ser claro no depoimento sobre a causa que justifica o mandado e sobre as capacidades do dispositivo", aponta Lynch.

O governo dos Estados Unidos, no entanto, afirma que a utilização dos rastradores tem sido "um instrumento importante na aplicação da lei em uma gama de investigações, incluindo seqüestros, investigações de fugitivos e narcóticos".

**REISADO OU FOLIA DE REIS**
O Reisado foi introduzido no Brasil-Colônia pelos portugueses no século XIX. É um espetáculo popular das festas de Natal e Reis, cuja ribalta é a praça pública, a rua, mas as vezes pode ser apresentado em residências.
Folia de Reis, ou Reisado, ou ainda Terno-de reis, constitui um dos mais originais folguedos folclóricos. É uma folia conhecida em Minas Gerais, Goiás, São Paulo, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo e, desde alguns anos, na Guanabara. No interior, é uma dança do período natalino em comemoração ao nascimento do Menino Jesus e em homenagem aos Reis Magos: Gaspar, Melchior e Baltazar, que levaram ouro, incenso e mira, que representam as três dimensões de Cristo (realeza, divindade e humanidade).
Esta festa tem sua origem primária na Festa do Sol Invencível, comemorada pelos romanos e depois adotada pelos egípcios. A festa romana era comemorada em 25 de dezembro (calendário gregoriano) e a egípcia em 6 de janeiro. No século III, ficou estabelecido que dia 25 de dezembro se festejaria o nascimento de Cristo e 6 de janeiro, dia dos Reis.
A característica principal do reisado está no uso de muitos adereços, trajes com cores quentes e chapéus ricamente enfeitados com fitas coloridas e espelhinhos.
O reisado é composto de 4 a 6 mascarados que dão vida, hilaridade e rebuliço à brincadeira. Eles também devem proteger o Menino Jesus e confundir os soldados de Herodes. Acrobatas e declamadores, representam os soldados perseguidores do Menino. O reisado tem ainda: rei, mestre-sala, alferes, a burrinha, o boi, o Jaraquá, a arara, o caipora, a ema, etc. Muitos outros personagens podem aparecer, dependendo da região em que esta festa é realizada. Todos acompanham uma bandeira, estandarte da folia, um quadrado de madeira com a Adoração dos Magos, ornamentada com flores e espelhos, carregada pelo alferes.
Uma orquestra de violas, banjos, violões, zabumba, triângulo, pandeiros, maracás e sanfonas pulsam na regularidade de um organismo. Seus acordes servem de orientação as vozes e ordenam a evolução do espetáculo. O tempo da toada é circular, um convite ao desprendimento mundano e a busca de uma aliança com o divino. A paleta acorda o cavaquinho para ressoar um som que deve agradar o ouvido dos santos. A história narrada por intermédio de cantos são contadas por um solista e um corro responde a ele uníssono por repetidas vezes. Os cânticos de chegada e de despedida, são os mais belos da música folclórica nordestina:

Meia-noite deu sinal
Acendeu mais ume vela
Hoje é noite da natal
etc.
Boa-noite, boa-noite

Todos os integrantes da Folia de Reis, interpretam e contam suas histórias, tanto serpenteando as estradas no interior, como as praças urbanas. Esta é uma expressão máxima de religiosidade e devoção.
O bando de foliões ainda, na região rural, batem de porta em porta brindando os amigos com sua energia e contagiante alegria, além do espetáculo, é claro, que se constitui de uma peça teatral cantada, com entremeios cômicos. Depois, os integrantes do reisado, em uma onda desordenada, vão espraiando-se pelas ruas. Na desordem deste delirante entusiasmo, vislumbra-se uma alegria carnavalesca. É um espetáculo excitante!
Versões mais modernizadas do reisado, acrescentam novas figuras ao seu culto secular.

Os médicos dizem que eles oferecem aos estrangeiros os mesmo preços que cobram dos cidadãos americanos: US$ 5 mil, segundo Cárdenas.

O investimento total necessário para brasileiras terem seu bebê nos EUA varia. Mas o processo requer uma estadia longa em Miami, já que a maioria dos médicos proíbe que as mulheres viagem de avião depois dos sete meses de gravidez.

DARPA- TRYING TO CREATE SUPER-SOLDIERS ZOMBIES, CHANGING OF GENETICALLY HUMANS

DARPA- TENTANDO CRIAR SUPER-SOLDADOS ZUMBIS, MODIFICANDO GENETICAMENTE SERES HUMANOS

A agencia de Defesa de Projetos de Pesquisa Avançada, mais conhecida pela sigla DARPA, é entidade super-secreta do Pentágono responsável pelo desenvolvimento de todos os tipos de armas avançadas e outros sistemas, incluindo sua capacidade de ler esta história.

Agora eles estão ajudando o Pentágono fazer um soldado melhorado.

Negócios Finance News relata que DARPA iniciou um projeto fortemente financiado para "melhorar a capacidade humana em zonas de guerra, alterando o código genético (receita) de seus soldados."
