Woodpecker Soviet Duga-3 station at the Chernobyl-2 site. Its very powerful signal disrupted radio communications all over the world. According to the former commander of the Chernobyl-2 site, the installation was damaged during the 1986 Chernobyl disaster and never became operational again.
The Buzzer Soviet UVB-76 transmitter, sending its monotone buzz tones for several decades. The purpose of The Buzzer has never been disclosed. According to some sources, the transmitter site was located near Povarovo, 25 miles north-west of Moscow, but relocated in 2010.

Stasi gong station This is one the most sinister numbers station ever, operated by the East German Stasi. The station with its very recognizable weird gong sounds transmitted nearly a decade and suddenly stopped in may 1990, in the last months of East Germany's existence.
Attencion Station Numbers station of the Cuban intelligence service DG. These stations remain very active to this day. Several Cuban agents, receiving orders through these stations, were arrested in the United States. The most recent spy case was in 2009.

de acordo com uns conhecidos (e o site do pryon) meus alguma coisa grande aconteceu recentemente. Porque a UVB, aparentemente, mudou de nome... dia 28/12 ela passou a chamar ZhUOZ (Zhenya - Ulyana - Olga - Zinaida)

E no dia 22/12 às 13:22 tem uma ligação telefonica em que no fim a moça diz "alo vulcan" e de acordo com o que ouvi dizer Vulcan é o call sign oficial do hub de comunicações do Distrito Militar Ocidental das Forças Armadas da Federação Russa...
''queria ser fluente em russo pra entender essas ligações... não pode ser alguem pedindo uma pizza.''
A parte engraçada disso tudo é que o sistema DUGA ainda é considerado como "armas de destruição em massa"

Ah, quase esquecendo: temos um DUGA-4 que foi secretamente construido

"By 1980 the Russians were reportedly operating three OTHR transmitters, including two OTHR transmitters near Kiev and Minsk, and a third transmitter in Siberia focused on their northern flank which became operational in 1979. By the mid-1990s at least the two radars located in Ukraine appeared to have been deactivated, since their continued maintenance did not figure in the negotations between Russia and Ukraine over the active early warning radars at Mukachevo and Sevastopol

A fourth OTH-B of a different design was reportedly constructed in the 1980s Nakhodka [sometimes incorrectly spelled Nakhoda] on the coastal of the Sea of Japan. It is unclear which location this refers to, since there are several places with this name, including Nakhodka [51°35'40"N 157°48'30"E] on the Pacific coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula, but the most probable locations seems to be Nakhodka 42°50'49"N 132°57'39"] near Vladivostok. This radar was reportedly intended to monitor shipping, aircraft and ballistic missile movements in the area between the coast of China and the island of Guam. The location and ascribed mission of this radar strongly suggest that it unrelated to the STEEL YARD family, but is rather the much smaller "Irida" Over-The-Horizon Surface Wave (OTH-SW) radar. This radar is capable of surface vessel detection at ranges of 280-300 km, depending on sea state and size of vessel. The transmitter complex has a maximum pulse power output of 64 kW in the HF frequency range, with separate transmit and receive complexes positioned 500 to 1,500 m apart."

A UVB embora tenha mudado seu nome oficial, callsign e localização ao longo dos anos, continua com o mesmo padrão de operação desde sua construção.

O que estou tentando analizar é outra questão, que na minha opinião é muito relevante para a UVB. DUGA fazia parte do mesmo sistema de defesa soviético (assim como todas as estações espalhados pelo antigo bloco comunista durante a URSS).
Alguns buracos que achamos na UVB em si, podem ser preenchidos com informações retiradas de outras estações.

Algumas delas já estão totalmente inoperantes, algumas ainda são usadas para o mesmo sistema e/ou remanejadas para o governo atual.
De qualquer forma, segredos não somem de uma hora para outra e não são segredos para toda eternidade.

Basta escutarmos mais outras estações além da UVB (claro que a UVB neste caso é o ponto final onde tudo se encaixa). A chave esta no complexo sistema em si, não em uma estação somente
